The Fourth of July is a time to celebrate America’s Independence.  But it’s also a time for family and friends, parades, picnics and fun!  And that’s what the South Frankfort Neighborhood Association did on Friday morning.  About 50 residents from the area met and had their own little parade down Paul Sawyier Drive to Dolly Graham Park, where families and friends gathered and enjoyed All-American holiday appropriate food such as hotdogs, chips and frozen treats.  Kids enjoyed playing while parents and neighbors gathered to catch up on each other’s lives.
