With the beginning of the new year, brings a “new beginning” to Frankfort and Franklin County as new and leadership is sworn in.  On Monday, an official ceremony to swear in the new, as well as some re-elected officials, deputies and constables, was held at the Franklin County Court House.  Officiating the ceremony was newly elected Franklin County Judge Executive, Huston Wells.  The majority of the swearing-in duties were assigned to Kentucky State Supreme Court Justice Mary C. Noble, from the Fifth Supreme Court District.
