Gulf white shrimp, garlic and scallion in a rich shrimp broth with corn and plantain, garnished with corn salsa

Salvadoran Beef Short Rib and Red Bean Stew

Mattingly’s beef served with papas locas — mixed fingerling potatoes cooked with pork fat, garlic, pumpkin seed sauce and radish salad
