9:30 am – 3:00 pm – Anderson County Burgoo Festival, Downtown Lawrenceburg,

The Anderson County Burgoo Festival has a lot of exciting events for 2015! Make plans to attend the festival in downtown Lawrenceburg, Kentucky, September 25, 26, and 27. On Saturday, a pancake breakfast will begin at 8:00 a.m. on Western Avenue. There will be many other activities throughout the weekend. The festival officially ends at 5:00 p.m. Sunday, September 27. Lawrenceburg is located in the heart of central Kentucky on US 127, just miles south of Frankfort.

There will be lots of burgoo, music, and entertainment, as well as vendors of all kinds. Vendors will fill all avenues of the festival with crafts, food, and other assorted goods beginning on Friday morning and will be open during all festival hours.

1:00 – 5:00 pm – Tunes in the Vines, Equus Run Vineyards and Winery, Midway, Bring excitement to your Sunday and meet your friends at Equus Run Vineyards for a fun filled afternoon.  Each week there will be different musical entertainment on the scenic patio stage.  Pack a picnic or enjoy tasty selections from the food truck or food tent on site for the day.  Don’t forget your lawn chair or picnic blanket!  FREE to the public…no reservation required.  Tunes from 2:00 pm to 4:30 pm each Sunday, rain or shine, at the Event Barn.

Prodigy Vineyards and Winery is located in the heart of the Bluegrass
on the Peach Family Farm. Centrally located in Woodford County, KY
where great thoroughbred race horses are foaled, and raised.
