Broadway.  If “Irving Berlin’s White Christmas” is a holiday favorite, come to “White Christmas-the Exhibit” at the Kentucky Historical Society and immerse yourself in the classic movie that starred Kentucky’s own Rosemary Clooney, plus Bing Crosby, Danny Kaye and Vera-Ellen. You’ll see costumes, props and other items associated with the movie like you never before have seen them; hear the stories behind the objects; and test your “White Christmas” knowledge. Items are from the Rosemary Clooney House in Augusta, Kentucky. Price includes all KHS exhibits and sites. Adults: $12; Veterans: $11. Kids: $8; KHS Members: $6. 11:00 am – 1:30 pm – Enjoy Lunch at Café Carinos (An extention of Frankfort’s Johnny Carinos Italian Restaurant), Dine In or Carry Out, serving lunch on Tuesdays and Fridays from 11am – 1:30pm at their NEW LOCATION at 121 Bridge Street in South Frankfort.  Choice of Pasta entrée, garden fresh salad, and Italian bread for only $8.00.  Cold drinks $1.00 and specialty dessert $2.00.  Limited seating and carry out available.  Check out their menu on Facebook. You will hear legendary stories and get a look at some of the Distillery’s most haunted areas, including Stony Point Mansion, where it’s been said that the ghost of Col. Blanton still resides. 7:00 pm – Spiritual Musical Concert – BUILDING UP THE KINGDOM of GOD, at the Good Shepherd Catholic Church, 72 Shepherd Way

A spiritual musical presentation as pre-opening of the YEAR OF MERCY. Featured artist is M. Roger Holland, II, a brilliant liturgist and musician from New York. His forte is African American Gospel music.
