Have you seen the clues on the Kids Grow Kentucky Facebook page? Have you seen them come across your feed on your Facebook page and wonder to yourself, “what the heck?” Well, it’s all starting to come together now. Can you figure out who the victim is and who the killer will be before this Friday?
Elizabeth Hernandez, a spitfire “tornado” from Miami, has lived in Frankfort for less that a year and has facilitated this event for the non-profit organization. Kids Grow Kentucky is a non-profit organization dedicated to inspire children, families, and teachers to grow and be connected with our world. It is the brainchild of Ed Councill, founder of Canoe Kentucky. Councill lives to work with children. And brought Hernandez into KGK shortly after her arrival in the capital city. Now she has put together this first of a kind fundraiser for the organization.
This Friday’s Murder Mystery Masquerade Ball will be held at the Kentucky Historical Society in the garden area. The $25 donation to attend this event will include music and dancing, food, a silent auction, and a murder to solve! We’ve included links to a few of the clues thus far…
Tickets are on sale now at the Frankfort/Franklin County Tourism Office at 100 Capital Avenue. Tickets will NOT be sold on the day of the event. You must present your invitation at the gate.
