KSU School of Nursing will host a site visit for Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN)

KSU Jackson Hall LogoKentucky State University School of Nursing will host a Site Review for Initial Accreditation of its Doctorate of Nursing Practice Program by the Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN). The public is invited to meet the site visit team and share comments about the program.

The meeting will be held at the School of Nursing located in the Betty White Center at 2:15 p.m. until 3 p.m. on March 8, 2017, in the Conference Room Second Floor (Room 201).

All written comments should be received by ACEN by March 2, 2017.

The BSN – DNP Program was awarded candidacy status in October 2016 by the Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN).  The program will receive a site visit by ACEN March 7 – 9, 2017.

The first cohort of students to complete the DNP Program will graduate December 2017.
