Slow down and enjoy a Sunday morning practice with Rhett, at My Old Kentucky OM.
This class is a wonderful way to end the week, or get prepared for the one to come. Very relaxing, restorative and rejuvenating. Breath work, flowing movement and time with yourself are the goals of this practice.

Get in the spirit of Mardi Gras with the Big Easy Jazz Brunch at Holly Hill Inn, 11 a.m.-2 p.m. Feb. 10-11, featuring live music performed by the Keith McCutchen and Raleigh Dailey jazz trios.
In addition to Holly Hill Inn’s popular brunch favorites, Chef Tyler McNabb’s menu will include entrées of Eggs Sardou and Croque-Madame. The dessert special will be banana cream pie from The Midway Bakery. Drink specials include the Jezebel and Proud Mary.
On Feb. 10, the Keith McCutchen Trio will perform with McCutchen on the piano, Rob Barnes on bass, and Robert Griffin on drums. The Raleigh Dailey Trio will perform on Feb. 11, with Dailey on piano, Danny Cecil on bass, and Robert Griffin on drums.

Pork Medallions with Brandy Cream
Pounded, dusted in flour and cornmeal, sautéed in butter and flamed with Brandy, cream, thyme and Dijon, and served with Brabant potatoes
