Unplug from the previous week or reset for the week to come. Join Rhett for a very gentle morning practice. Slow movement mixed with introspection and reflection. A relaxing and restorative practice.

2:00 – 3:00 pm – Yoga for Kids, at the Woodford County Public Library Midway Branch, 400 Northside Dr, Midway

3:00 – 5:00 pm – Blue Lights for a Green Campus- Clean up & Cookout, at Kentucky State University, 400 East Main Street

Hosted by Kentucky State University Police

Officer Quire and the Kentucky State University Police Department is sponsoring the community service project, Blue Lights for a Green Campus, this Sunday. Students, faculty and staff members will be able to help clean up and beautify our campus. All are invited to the cookout afterwards.

New “Belles, Bourbon, & Belladonna!” themed show!

The show will be accompanied by a professionally guided bourbon tasting as well as a delicious meal fit for a king!
