FRANKFORT — The Kentucky State University Board of Regents will convene for a special meeting on Monday, April 16, 2018. The meeting will begin at 1 p.m. in the Julian M. Carroll Academic Services Building, Board of Regents Room – 2nd Floor. The agenda is attached.
